I have over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and negotiation ranging from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia to being a corporate Director at Gillette for many years. I now have 14 years of record setting service in Real Estate. My background lends itself very well to the Real Estate business. For example, I used to teach negotiation and I can tell you that very few people understand the complex human emotional aspects of this mini science.
Am I experienced? I have bought and sold homes ranging from multi-million dollar waterfront estates, multi-million dollar executive homes, to more modest city family homes and condominiums. I have set records and earned awards such as the President's Award for being in the top 3% of Realtors in North America. I have also achieved the status of being the Number 1 Realtor for sales in high end homes in our Board area for 2009.
Am I trusted? Again, my past clients all speak volumes about the reasons they have placed their trust and faith in me. I have been appointed the Realtor for the Physician Recruitment Team at RVH as testament to my services and abilities.
